What's small, gay, irish, and the most fun you can have watching a square box?
BBC's stand-up comedian/talkshow host Graham Norton, that's what (umm, who). I don't think I've ever actually clapped at the TV before (if the truth be told, I feel like a bit of a wanker now for doing it), but his Dustin Hoffman interview was just brilliant.
This guy just gets it right. The thing is, he's so real, sure over-the-top, but absolutely uncontrived. His talk-show also only lasts half-an-hour, which is great.
