Tag-Teams

A few weeks ago, I wrote a post on collaborative blogging, the basic premise was that we need to find a way to deliver content from our blogs into topic-logs that could be grouped, then syndicated. I also wrote a bit more on this in the comments over here (I have strong opinions on the matter you see).

Enter tags (Thanks Scobe).

Technorati's tags are a step in the right direction, but they are nowhere near perfect. There are just too many posts under the categories such as business, or marketing (etc.), and I don't want to read them all, they are actually adding to the content > time problem. What we need is tag-teams.

Basically, a blogger would put together a (topic relevant) tag-team, invite others, and when those bloggers post under a specific category on their own blogs, it would get tagged and included in that teams feed.

Less posts. More relevance...!
