Getting our money's worth
I'm pretty damn happy with Missing Link's new site. Fran from Glodfish put up with all of my shit and managed to design the entire site using typepad's blog engine. That means that every bit of the site can be kept up-to-date easily. I can also link to a client letter, a current pic, a staff member or a bit of news with ridiculous ease. Oh, and our clients can comment anywhere, telling us what they really think.
It's the first full website I've seen designed this way.
Sometimes we forget that a blog is just a great content engine.
Have a look, let me know what you think...!

Not bad... :-)
It takes big kahunas to pony up to such a level of transparency, opening yourself up to criticism/praise on every level - business in general still needs to learn to do this. Lead the way!
BTW, Isn't that Agent Cody Banks?

Brilliant idea / use of the technology / positioning etc...
We're currently re-inventing the PDG website and had discussed a changethis.com / blog look and feel.
We chickened out in the end - but will use our ilovepdg blog and maybe some sector / thought leadership ones for different messaging... will only have a couple of pages on the .com address i.e. keep the brochureware away from the "sales engine"...
The transparency is great. We're beginning to have real conversations with customers now - we've only frightened a few away!!
