12 habits of highly effective podcasters

I just listened to podcast one of the cranky middle manager show. In short, it's well worth its 38-minutes price tag. While I'm not a middle manager myself, I found it to be well structured and really good listening, I particularly liked that Wayne (the cranky guy himself) didn't pander his interviewee, he pushed for good answers, which were invariably forthcoming.

His book review at the end (which will explain this post's title) had me laughing out loud.

Podcast two is up now as well.

Get em while they're hot...!

Thanks for the kind words about The Cranky Middle Manager Show... not that it will make me any less cranky. I love seeing links to my podcast! I haven't had this much fun since I found out 360 degree feedback really WAS anonymous!
