Once accused of being one of the world's top three spammers, and not one unaccustomed to trouble, Scott Richter is being sued by MySpace.com for allegedly illegally accessing usernames and passwords to send a whole wadload of spam to users' friends lists, in some cases reaching tens of thousands of people.
